PEP4U Welcomes Tremble Clefs to Class Offerings
We are pleased and excited to announce that we have added the Tremble Clefs music therapy/therapeutic singing program to our already diverse menu of classes.
For nearly three decades the Tremble Clefs program has been helping people with Parkinson’s in Orange County keep their voices strong and their outlook positive. Karen Skipper, MT-BC will continue to facilitate all sessions.
Mission

Exercise
- Classes led by professional therapists and specially trained fitness instructors
- Appropriate for all ability levels
- FREE to all participants—funded through donations, grants, and sponsorships
Education
- PD Education Hour – Live viewings and discussions on select topics pertaining to PD
- Monthly Newsletter
- Resource Library

Peer Support
- Camaraderie among all participants, fostering the spirit of mutual help when needed.
- Organized social events for participants, families, and their care partners
- Input from community experts in PD such as doctors and therapists to advise on specific needs of participants
